  • 4 Finedor rolls
  • 200 ml water
  • 100 ml vinegar
  • 100 g sugar
  • Salt
  • 40 g julienned carrots
  • 40 g julienned daikon
  • 100 g pork belly
  • 100 g ham
  • 1 cucumber
  • Mayonnaise
  • Liver pâté
  • Coriander
  • Asian-style sauce

  • Cut the carrots, radishes and cucumber into julienne strips.
  • Marinate in hot water, vinegar, sugar, salt, carrots and white radishes for 30 min, then drain.
  • Blanch the slices of pork belly, then lightly brown them in the oven.
  • Cut the white ham and the slices of pork belly into strips.
  • Cut the Finedor in half.
  • Spread mayonnaise on one side and liver pâté on the other.
  • Place ham, pork belly, carrots, radish and cucumber on top.
  • Add a little Asian sauce on top.
  • Finish with a few coriander leaves and close the finedor.
